What is our camp about?

We are a multicultural recreational camp that aims to conduct diverse games

and sports from various countries and continents

 

What attire should my kid(s) be in?

Comfortable sports attire with shoes and socks. Kids are encouraged to bring slippers

to change into if it rains. Swimming attire for water activities.

 

What do I need to pack for my kid(s)?

Light snacks, Water, extra clothes, small towel, cap, sunscreen.

For full day camp, please pack a lunch meal for your kid(s).

 

What kind of snacks should we pack for our kids?

We advice light and healthy snacks to be packed.

 

Do we provide transport?

Currently, we do not provide transport.

However, we are looking to provide this service in the near future.

 

What is the age groups for kids?

We accept kids from age 4 and above.

Kids will be grouped according to similar age and ability.

 

Do we accept kids with special needs?

Yes, we do as we have experienced coaches in our team.

Things to take note for kids with allergies?

Please let us know if your kid(s) have any allergies.

We will take extra care and proceed accordingly.

 

What happens if it rains?

The camp will continue as we have other activities and games that can be played indoors.

What are our mode of payments?

We accept bank transfer, paynow via QR code or UEN.

 

What happens if my kid(s) is unable to attend suddenly?

Please inform us at the earliest time possible. There will be 2 options for you to choose from

What is the refund policy?

Refund will be provided for the number of camp days that was cancelled or missed after subtracting

a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellation fee applies after Saturday 2359HRS.

How do i proceed for a makeup session?

Contact us to book a makeup session.A deposit of $100 is required before a make up session for the missed days are provided. The deposit will be returned back upon completion of makeup session(s).

The number of make up session will coincide with the number of missed camp date.

What if I’m unable to have my kid attend the camp on another day within the 2 month period?

The deposit money will not be returned if the makeup session is unused for two months OR

if makeup session has been cancelled/missed twice.

How does the referral code work?

A unique referral code will be given to every registrant. This code can be shared with as many parents.

For every successful registration with your referral code, you will get $10 off to be used for future camps. 

Referral codes cannot be shared with existing customers.
