BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Participants must be registered by Thursday 2359HRS on the week prior to the start of camp.
Bookings can be made through our website, a call or text with us.
Payments can be done through Paynow via QR code or phone number. Bank transfer is also accepted.
After payment, a confirmation email shall be sent to you along with the camp details.
Only make payment after all terms and conditions have been read and understood.
REFUND POLICY
In the event when you want to pull out from a confirmed weekly package,
there will be 2 options to choose from,

1.Refund
Refund will be provided for the number of camp days that was cancelled or missed after subtracting a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellation fee applies after Saturday 2359HRS

E.g. After booking a weekly package, you are unable to send your kid to camp for 2 days.
In the scenario, where refund option has been chosen.
The prorated cost for the 2 days will be $200 ($100 per day) minus the cancelation fee of $50. Thus the final refund amount will be $50.
2.Make up session
A deposit of $100 is required before a make up session for the missed days are provided.
The deposit will be returned back upon completion of makeup session(s).
The deposit money will not be returned if the makeup session is unused for two months OR if makeup session has been cancelled/missed twice.

The number of make up session will coincide with the number of missed camp date. You can choose when to have the makeup session(s). However, the makeup session(s) will expire two months after the last missed camp date(s).
In the event, your kid(s) miss the first makeup session there will be no additional makeup session.

No refund is provided for late arrival or early departure from camp program.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
Please be aware that we will take photographs or video of children taking part in the camp for our promotional material, souvenirs, website, and social media. This will be captured by our designated coaches on the ground. Please inform the head coach of the camp on the first day of camp if you have any objections to photographs and videos being taken and used for marketing purposes.
SPECIAL NEEDS / DISABLITY
We will not exclude any child due to special needs or disability. However, the attention of each child differs. Thus, decisions will be made accordingly, depending on the needs each individual child require for them to partake in and experience the camp just like everyone. Prior to booking, we request that parents of children with special needs contact us, to review how we can best assist and make arrangements for their children to have an enjoyable time with Camp Unleash.
WET WEATHER
In the event of wet weather during camps, the program will still continue with alternate activities planned for such situation.
DATA PROTECTION
You consent to Camp Unleash collecting, using, retaining and disclosing personal data provided to Camp Unleash, for the purposes of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of your child, and where necessary, for the legitimate interests of Camp Unleash and ensuring that all relevant legal obligations of Camp Unleash are complied with. You give your consent to such collection, use, processing and disclosure provided that at all times any collection, use, processing or disclosure of personal data is done lawfully and fairly in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012). You also consent to Camp Unleash issuing promotional materials to your email address as provided to Camp Unleash for marketing.
FIRST AID
First aid will be administered to children in our care in the event of an accident. If necessary, emergency services will be called. On the first day of camps, important medication must be handed in and informed to the head coach for safekeeping when your child arrive for camp. The head coaches for all camps are certified in First Aid and CPR. This includes the use Automated External Defibrillators.
MISCONDUCT
Occasionally, a child might misbehave and disrupt the activities of the camp (e.g., harassment, troublemaking or violent behaviour, OR special needs/disability that was not informed to Camp Unleash). Camp Unleash will do our best to communicate with them reasonably and understand their point of view first. However, if misconduct persists, we reserve the right to discipline such children. Disciplinary actions may come in the form of stern warnings, time-outs, and informing/discussing with parents on how to move forward.

Our aim is to offer a positive environment and the best experience for all children in Camp Unleash. If you have concerns or suggestions, please inform the head coach of the camp as we appreciate your feedback.
CONFIRMATION
I confirm that all information provided in this online form is complete and accurate. I understand that although my child/children will be supervised by Camp Unleash staff, I assume the risk for my child’s/children’s involvement in the camp and its activities.
I acknowledge that I will not hold Camp Unleash and its employees liable if any accident, injury, loss of property or any other circumstance or incident occurs during or because of my child’s/children’s participation in the camp and/or any event(s). This release of liability includes accident, injury, loss, or damages to my child/children as well as, to other individuals or property which may result from my child’s/children’s participation in the event. I release and agree to indemnify Camp Unleash and its employees, from any claims arising out of my child’s/children’s participation in the camp and its event(s).
